Cardiovascular Training 

Cardiovascular training will focus on target heart-rate training. Mixing brief bursts of higher intensity work with longer periods of lower intensity recovery. It can be indoors or outdoors, can include circuit training, running and even hiking. 

Fitness Assessment and Goal Setting

Lifestyle Fitness and Nutrition starts with a fitness assessments and goal setting.  Girth measurements and body fat percentage will be taken. Your muscular endurance and flexibility will be tested. Once your current level of fitness has been assessed, together we will set your goals.


Resistance training will include a variety of disciplines including a combination of free weights, suspension training, kettlebell, sandbag, resistance bands, medicine balls, mat work and manual resistance. This keeps things fun, and varied and gives the clients a healthy toned body.  Lifestyle Fitness and Nutrition will come to you with the equipment necessary to give you an incredible workout.

Stretching and Flexibility

Flexibility training is more than just injury prevention. Whether you're a serious competitor or training for personal benefit, proper stretching during and after your workout will improve your performance, increase your flexibility and make you feel better.

Circuit & Interval Training

A time-efficient workout simultaneously delivering the benefits of a cardio session with those of a strength training session. There is little to no rest in circuit and interval training which will create a supercharged calorie burning workout. This training system is also based around multi-joint, multi-muscle exercises, multi-plane exercises otherwise known as functional exercise. This is a great approach for those who already understand the basics of strength training have a limited amount of time for workouts and need to fit both cardio and strength training into one session.

Yoga and Pilates 

Yoga is an excellent way to stretch and strengthen your body, focus your mind, and relax your spirit. Pilates movements will assist in building your core strength and provide variety to traditional abdominal work.
